creativity store?

As of lately, I've been trying to get around this mental creativity funk that I've been stuck in for the past month. So many changes have been made in my life for the past few weeks. EH, I just wished that these changes came during the summer so that it wouldn't have affected school.

Well, here are some ideas for Paige's flash project. =)

1. A christmas themed shopping game that involves picking out clothes and having to check out in the end. The catch is, if you cant remember your mom's pin number, the your card will get declined! lol.

2. Valentines day themed dating adventure extravaganza! In this game, you somehow managed to score a date with a super model and are faced with the challenge of figuring out what he/she wants to eat. Be careful, each choice on the menu will have consequences! ex. If you order the donut platter for him/her, she'll end up dying of a heart attack! haha...

3. Birthday Cocktail mixing game. You end up at the bar and you have to make your own coctail. Be careful. Mixing too much alcohol may lead to too much fun. ha.

Rough beginnings

It's FALL SEMESTER 2010! =)

So far this semester, I feel that I just haven't gotten into the groove of things yet. I've been everywhere looking for inspiration.

Our current assignment in Typography is to design an alphabet with either found objects or illustrations. So far, I've come up with..

Clouds
make-up/beauty supplies
art supplies
hair styles
stuffed animals
nail polish designs
typographic pillows
constellations (stars, planets, the moon, and sun)
baked goods
cocaine alphabet?
Drugs?
I even had the possibility of doing a kama sutra alphabet, but yeah, that's not a professional. lol.

Like how kodak doesn't sell film... I'm not selling coffee. Instead i'm selling the lifestyle. Like how the fashion industry doesn't advertise clothing... instead they advertise glamor and status.

The two concepts that I have so far are:

The coolest spot on the sun.
Your neighborhood coffee with a flare.

Hopefully I'm going somewhere with this.
